Christian wedding always seems like a fairy tale wedding to us. Also, bride in a white gown looks gorgeous. Christian wedding ideas have a lot of steps or orders. They generally marry in a church. So, Christian wedding ceremony maintains a certain order. It starts with the processional, officiant welcomes, homily, prayer, exchange vows, ring exchange, unity ceremony, the recessional.

Christian Wedding

At first, the processional starts. So, minister comes first and he left the church at last. It is because it shows the mark of beginning and an end of marriage. Then the groom comes to aisle. He will be escorted with or without his parents or family members. Next comes the best man, the bridesmaids, the ring bearer, and the flower girl. Then finally the bride enters in to the church.

Christian Bride

Traditionally, brides enter the aisle with her father. He makes her way to the groom. But today both the parents escorted the bride to the groom. In Priyanka Chopra’s marriage, it was her mother who escorted her.

Christian Couple

After homily, also known as sermons or ceremony message. The minister gave a few words of blessings. It is called as prayers. Finally, the couple exchanges the vows. So, in this they repeat after the minister or simple say “I do”. At last, they exchange their rings.

Christian Wedding Décor

Wedding décor includes one decoration at the church and the other at the couple’s reception. For the church decoration, as it is the wedding day. So, it can be decorated with white flowers. It is because this white flower goes well with the theme of the wedding. Moreover, for the reception, there should be the proper seating arrangement for the guests. Again, it should be arranged in a way that all can face the couple while cutting a cake. Reception décor also includes candles. It will give a calm effect to the décor.
